I thought I had this posted all ready but I couldn't find it.
This is our family's FAVORITE pasta salad!!

2 cups dry penne pasta
1 cup havarti cheese
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1/3 cup sliced black olives
chives, optional

Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Cool in refrigerator. Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with parsley.

Dressing:
1/3 cup baslamic vinegar
2 t. brown sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/3 cup sundried tomato oil

Mix dressing ingredients and add to pasta mixture. Toss to coat.

I add more tomatoes and cheese then it calls for...yum!!!!

YUM!! Thanks for sharing, Alecia. I think I posted about pasta salad in the regular forum and you posted it there. I am sure it's many pages back by now. Glad it's here because I forgot to write everyone's recipes done. I am going to try this one.
